Who We Are Our History Mission Network Rosary Guilds

Manage A Rosary Making Guild

Guild's are only as good as their managerial skills.
OLRM provides some basic support to help get your guild off the ground and to keep it running smoothly. Additionally we ask that you keep OLRM informed of your guild's progress.

Register Your Guild

After you have established a guild we ask that your Register your guild with the OLRM Mission Network.

Meetings

Each guild should hold regular meetings, held at the convenience of the group. Meetings provide a time to collect finished rosaries and to pick up new supplies. A suggested agenda:

•Opening Prayer
•Minutes of the last meeting
•Treasurer's Report
•Missionary letters read
•Selection of a mission for finished rosaries
•Teaching and welcoming new members
•Closing prayer

Moderator

If your pastor or assistant are not too busy with their duties, ask them to give approval to your work and to sit in on your meetings occasionally.

Progress Reports

OLRM asks, and members pledge, that all mission rosary parts be used only for rosaries that are given as gifts to the missions. We ask all our guilds to submit Quarterly Progress Reports to insure that the parts being ordered are indeed making it into the hands of missionaries.

Mailing Rosaries to the Missions

Your may find a list of missionaries who are currently requesting rosaries in our Mission Network area. Helpful instructions on mailing rosaries to the missions are available here.
