1.1 - What is OLRM?
Our Lady's Rosary Makers is a non-profit apostolate dedicated to spreading devotion to Our Lady and the Rosary. Since 1949 we have provided our members with low cost supplies to make rosaries for the world's missions. More information reguarding our founding and mission may be found here.
1.2 - Where is OLRM?
We are located in Louisville, KY USA. Our International Center is located at 4611 Poplar Level Road. This location houses our chapel, headquarters, call center, production and distribution center, and a small showroom.
1.3 - What are your hours?
Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm Eastern Time (-5:00GMT)

1.5 - How do I become a member?
When you place you first order, simply indicate that you would like to become a member. There is a $2 annual membership fee. When you become a member you will receive a member number, our bi-monthly newsletter and your membership dues help offset the prices for mission rosary materials.
1.6 Is membership required?
No. You do not have to be a member to place an order. Although it is strongly encouraged.
2.0 - Products / Parts
2.1 - How do I find your products?
You may find part numbers, prices, and product discriptions through our online catalog here. You may request a catalog through the mail by phoning us (1-502-968-1434) or through our customer service center.
2.2 - What are mission rosary parts?
Rosary parts sold at, near, or below cost to our members. Purchasers promise:
1)To use these parts ONLY FOR ROSARIES GIVEN AS GIFTS.
2) NOT TO RESALE THESE PARTS FOR A PROFIT.
Mission rosary parts include plastic beads, aluminum and brass wire, bonded and no-bonded cord, plastic and metal crucifixes and center pieces, and jumprings and eye pins.
2.3 - What aregift rosary parts?
Parts in this catagory may be used to make rosaries for Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, RCIA, Weddings, ect.
3.0 - Ordering
3.1 - Do I need an account with OLRM to order?
Yes, you must set up an account with us to order.
3.2 - How do I set up an account with OLRM?
When you place your first order an account will be set up for you.
3.2.1 - By phone or mail.
Simply place an order by phone or mail and an account will be set up for you.
You will have to give a name, address, and phone number.
3.2.2 - Online
You may register an account by placing an order.
Go to the OLRM Online Store and click "Register" at the top of the page.
Shop and add items to your cart. Purchase your items. You will recieve a comfirmation email, with your new account number, within the next business day.
